Terms of Use

Article 1 (Member)

1. "Member" refers to an individual who applies for membership after agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the procedures established by our company.

3. These Terms and Conditions apply to all members and must be observed during and after the registration process.

Article 2 (Registration)

3. Password Management

(3) Any statements made to the Company using a password will be deemed to be the Member's own statements, and the Member is responsible for all payments resulting therefrom.

Article 3 (Changes)

1. Members must promptly notify the Company of any changes to the information they have provided to the Company, such as their name or address.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from failure to register changes. Please note that even if changes are registered, transactions already processed before the change will be carried out based on the information before the change.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)

If a Member wishes to withdraw from the Company, the Member must complete the withdrawal procedure themselves. The withdrawal will be effective after the prescribed withdrawal procedure is completed.

Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Obligation to Compensate)

1. If a member makes a false statement when applying for membership, fails to pay for mail order purchases, or is otherwise deemed by the Company to be unsuitable as a member, the Company may cancel the member's membership.

2. If a member commits any of the following acts, the member will be liable to compensate the Company for any damages incurred as a result:
(1) Unauthorized use of the member number or password;
(2) Interfering with the Company's business by accessing this website and tampering with information or sending harmful computer programs to this website;
(3) Infringing the intellectual property rights of the products handled by the Company; or
(4) Other acts that violate these Terms of Use.

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)

1. As a general rule, the Company will not disclose member information to third parties without the member's prior consent. However, the Company may disclose member information and other customer information without the member's prior consent in the following cases:
(1) When disclosure is required by law.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

3. Engaging in acts that may have a negative impact on the physical or mental health of minors or other acts that are contrary to public order and morals

Article 8 (Service Interruption/Suspension, etc.)

2. We do not guarantee that emails or content sent from our website, server, domain, etc. are free from harmful content, such as computer viruses.

3. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members due to violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Article 11 (Amendment of these Terms and Conditions)

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at our discretion and may establish supplementary terms (hereinafter referred to as "Supplementary Terms and Conditions"). Amendments or supplementary terms and conditions shall take effect upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions or Supplementary Terms and Conditions on our designated website. Article 12 (Governing Law, Jurisdiction)

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court with jurisdiction over our head office location.

Article 13 (Purchases by Minors)

Article 14 (Subscriptions)

1. The subscription service is a service in which, after a member places a single order, the registered eligible products are delivered to the member on a regular basis.
2. Eligible products under the subscription service are delivered according to the delivery cycle.
3. The subscription service will automatically continue under the same conditions until cancelled.

*Products cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
